Program Usage

The Program Usage report provides student usage metrics for each program within the selected schools and date range filter options. Usage is characterized by the number of schools, classes, and students actively using the program, and the number of unique program content assets used by the students, including opened, submitted, closed, and scored assets.

Run Your Report

  1. Do one of the following:

    Click Filters to focus your data results.
    • Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
    • Click the Programs open text filter field and select one or more programs.
    • Click the Schools open text filter field and select one or more schools.
    • Select Yes or No for the Include Deleted Classes filter to include or exclude deleted classes.

    Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
  2. Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
  3. Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:

Additional Report Features Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements Data Descriptions
Program Name of the active program.
Schools Number of schools with students actively engaged with the program content.
Classes Number of classes with students actively using the program content.
Students Number of students who were actively using the program content.
Assets Number of unique program assets used by one or more students, including opened, submitted, closed, and scored assets.

Elements Data Descriptions
Program Name of the active program.
Schools Number of schools with students actively engaged with the program content.
Classes Number of classes with students actively using the program content.
Students Number of students who were actively using the program content.
Assets Number of unique program assets used by one or more students, including opened, submitted, closed, and scored assets. Assets are the collection of content items within a program, including assessments, practice, instructional content, readings, PDFs, and more.
